I set off from the Lion Inn at Blakey Ridge for the final 30 miles to Robin Hood's Bay.
It is quite emotional and dramatic when you walk over the hill from Grosmont to get the view of the North Sea and realise you are getting close to the finish line,
You get a great sense of achievement as you draw closer to Robin Hood's Bay.
I had a liovely stop at Little Beck Methodist Chapel where I met another hiker, Lottie who walked the Coast to Coast in 11 days and she shares her thoughts about the Coast to Coast.
When I arrive at Robin Hood's Bay I follow the traditions of dipping feet and throwing thew stones from St Bees into the North Sea,. I hope this encourages you to try something new and go an an adventure, You can do it if you don't give up and keep on going.
