Clinton County pays tribute to longtime County Clerk John Zurlo by renaming the County Government Center building in his honor. A dedication ceremony was held this week for the Zurlo family, with many of the county’s political leaders reflecting on John Zurlo’s many years of public service as a school teacher, county legislator, and then his 34 years as the longest-serving county clerk in the county’s history, until his death last December at the age of 86.
