Speaking to full house at the Strand Theatre, they criticized the newly signed "Big Beautiful Bill", claiming it benefits the wealthy while threatening healthcare and food assistance for low- and middle-income families. The event aimed to build momentum to flip NY-21, currently held by Rep. Elise Stefanik, who dismissed Ocasio-Cortez’s platform as out of touch with North Country voters.
