This 1998 sitcom was originally titled 'Two Guys, a Girl, and a Pizza Place', but halfway through its run the pizza place was written out. So it became 'Two Guys and a Girl' starting in season three. (When the show went into reruns the shorter name was retroactively applied to the first two seasons for consistency's sake.) The premiere episode, with Drew Carey as its lead-in, attracted 18 million viewers. That would be the show's peak; a few months later the viewership would be less than half that number. A movie to Friday nights in season four foretold the end.
