The Mobile Armored Strike Kommand was a task force with transforming vehicles; they fought their enemy V.E.N.O.M. (Vicious Evil Network of Mayhem). A bit of 'G.I. Joe' with a touch of 'Transformers', it ran for 75 episodes over two mismatched seasons (65 in season one, 10 in season two). It was, of course, publicity for a toy line. The spirited theme comes courtesy of Shuki Levy ('Silver Surfer') and Haim Saban.
