The tuning I showed in my last video was centered around Class-E at ~30VDC and I started hard switching above about 40VDC. I decided to quickly retune the values so I could run 300W or more at up to 60VDC.
I increased the series capacitance by around 200pF and reduced the shunt capacitance by removing 2 of the caps in my string, effectively making it a 3nF-2nF-2nF series. Combined with trimming the topload wire this turned out to be an easy adjustment for soft switching at higher power. I probably won't find one any time soon but a ~30pF extra on the series cap or so should put me in a region where I can further lower the primary and increase running voltage to 60VDC for ~350W.

I believe I was reaching somewhere around 300V pk drain swings so theoretically it can take a lot more voltage on it.
