Merry Christmas everyone! I smoked the pork loin I stuffed yesterday, and did a cheesy veggie au gratin casserole with broccoli and asparagus, based on Hilah Johnson's recipe here:

It was a gorgeous Florida Christmas day, and the roast exceeded all of my expectations. It was fantastic, and it's a keeper. A special occasion roast that I *will* be doing again!
