Labor Day holiday grillin' and chillin', thunderstorms and all! This is a technique I sto... err... borrowed from Larry Wolfe, for creating the chicken version of pulled pork. Smoked over apple wood, pulled apart, then simmered in a sauce as spicy or not spicy as you choose. Then serve it up on a big bun with a cool blue cheese topping. Delicious!
