This is "Chopper Squad" for the Amstrad CPC released back in 1984 by Interceptor Software and developed by Stephen Curtis.
It's the closest game to Jetpac i have found so far for the CPC.
Unfortunately it's in no way as good as Jetpac.
I found out that it is easier to play it without using your lasers against the enemies.
The enemies' AI is also very poor.
Except the first two levels where enemies are moving on screen in random patterns, in all other levels the enemies are gathered in a group and try homing on you.
Since your chopper's speed is slightly greater than the enemies it is very easy to avoid and fool them!
After Plane 9 the game came into a black screen.
I am not sure if it has crashed or it is an unfinished game.

This is Overkill for the Commodore Amiga released back in 1993 by Mindscape and developed by Mark Sibly.
The game is based on Defender but its gameplay is different.
Due to the ultra fast action of the game, there were moments i couldnt figure out what was going on!
Very playable but very hard and unforgiving in places.
