Chip Mong is one of the largest homegrown conglomerates in Cambodia. They have a property development division called Chip Mong Land, and they've bought up a bunch of land in southern Phnom Penh. I'm taking a ride to see how the development is going. I'll show you "Commercial Street" where you can buy a shop house unit that includes a business on the ground floor and an apartment or office on the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th floors. We'll get the lowdown on these units, including how much they cost to buy.
