I checked the docket. Chille DeCastro still hasn't opposed Agne Botelho's motion to dismiss (and the opposition date was weeks ago), and while seeking extra time to service Judge Zimmerman and Leavit, he still hasn't done so by the February 2, 2026 deadline, unless the proofs of service haven't been filed yet. In any event, the docket shows that the case is subject to dismissal. This doesn't mean that Chille doesn't have some cards to play, but we'll deal with that later.
