1998 commercial for Camry Solara (that's a two-door Camry) shows a thirty something business type envying youngsters and their Slip n Slide plaything on a summer's day. He gives in and joins in the fun. The screen reads "Live a little" and shows a Solara splashing through water.
Aspirational marketing, the favorite of car brands everywhere.
Somewhat ironically, the Wham-O company recommends that adults not use Slip n Slide due to a higher rate of injuries to adults than children.
This 30 second spot aired during a showing of South Park in 1998, possibly August 18th.
