There was a strange "pine cone" cloud formation, in the Pacific, which was strong evidence of a massive weather control operation, designed to stop rain from reaching southern California. There is no natural, scientific, reason for the SUDDEN appearance of the "fish scale" clouds, other than man made high pressure (descending air) in the jet stream.
EVERY time, the ionospheric heaters are used to drive a plasma ring, from 30 miles high, down to the jet stream, at five miles high, they blast a hole in the Ozone layer, which is 18 miles high.
These Ozone holes, let deadly Ultraviolet-B radiation reach the surface of the ocean, which kills the phyto plankton (green plants) very rapidly. The Pacific ocean is dying because the base of the food chain is being deliberately killed, by the Ionospheric Heaters. 80% of Earth's oxygen is produced by phyto-plankton, NOT rain forests, or land based plants. As the oceans die, oxygen levels will decrease. Humans are the most vulnerable species, and will die first, as oxygen levels fall below the present level.
Decreasing global oxygen levels is the TRUE purpose of the secret US Navy Missile Defense Agency SBX-1, and other Ionospheric Heaters. The program managers, and navy officers, believe they are doing one thing, but they are really paving the way, for our rapid extinction. Expect to see the most Ionospheric Heater operations, where plankton blooms are the heaviest, and most frequent, like the coast of British Columbia, Washington, and Oregon.
