This shows some "tree ring" HAARP rings, over Lubbock, Texas. This seems to be caused by multiple HAARP dry air downbursts, which were centered west of Amarillo, Texas. These downbursts were done repeatedly, before daybreak, for two or three hours. Since the downbursts were done in the same place, over and over, they produce the "tree ring" effect. The edge of the descending air produces a roll cloud, which propagates outward. This roll cloud is what triggered the linear rain clouds over Lubbock, since they act as an artificial cold front.
The GOES satellite images are photoshopped to hide the HAARP rings. Instead of rings, we see pixelated clouds, that jump around with each frame. By mid-morning, the tree rings are gone, and the satellite shows a large cloud deck, which just pops out of nowhere.
This HAARP dry air downburst was done, to stop the rain in the Texas panhandle, and to reduce the amount of rain falling over western Oklahoma, which is a big wheat producing area.
It is getting really hard to see proof of HAARP weather control, as all the satellite images are edited to remove the evidence (since this channel was put up in March/April 2014).
Tampering with satellite images, to conceal weather warfare, should be a federal crime, and should be retroactively enforced. After the Arctic Methane Catastrophe begins, this satellite tampering will be seen as an act of genocide, so the global genocide laws will be enforced against anyone helping to cover up this weather warfare.
We need a federal law, to prevent this satellite tampering, so please contact your congressman to inform them of this issue.
The California drought can be stopped, but only after you folks in California figure out a way to prove that HAARP and chemtrails are preventing the rain (my early videos already prove it). The best way is to use a magnetometer to detect the HAARP signal, and to make a free ap, to track all the chemtrails and HAARP signal locations, world wide. If you folks, in California, don't get to work on this, your drought will only get worse.
