We received an expected timeline for C-21's progress through the Senate that puts it passing the second reading next week, but not getting in front of the SECD committee for study before the summer recess.
In other words, C-21 will likely remain parked over the summer, with the earliest estimates for it to receive Royal Assent being October-November of this year, when Parliament (and the Senate) reform for the next session. That is, of course, only if the government doesn't prorogue or fall to an election writ.
