It’s always a busy morning at the Martinez, CA, Amtrak station. The depot sees several Capitol Corridor and San Joaquin passenger trains daily along with stops by the Coast Starlight and California Zephyr. Combine those with occasional freight traffic and you can see several trains in a very short period of time. On this day I spent a little over three hours starting at 7:30am and shot a total of 8 trains. Enjoy.
