With all of my reviews I have filmed recently, I had to push today's cocktail out.
But as the title says..the Brooklyn Burro is a great fall cocktail!
It's spicy yet refreshing. It's still pretty warm where I am. So I'll be enjoying this
one over the weekend. Pull up a seat at the bar and let's go over the ingredients!
"Brooklyn Burro" | Cocktail Ingredients
1/2 oz. (15 ml) Fresh Lime Juice
1/2 oz. (15 ml) Pineapple Juice (Fresh if you have the time)
1/2 oz. (15 ml) Ginger Simple Syrup (Make my Powerful Ginger Syrup for this one)
2 oz. (60 ml) White Rum (Plantation 3 Star)
1 oz. (30 ml) Soda Water
2 Dashes Angostura Bitters
Garnish: Dehydrated Lime Wheel and a Piece of Candied Ginger
