Playthrough of Breath Of Fire 3 Hard Mode for the PS1 Part 10. In this part before continuing on with the story i showcase the MASSIVE stat boosting that I did off-screen for all the characters mainly getting everyone to over 375 Intelligence, getting Rei to extremely high Agility numbers as well as doing the most difficulty stat maxing which is to Max out everyones Willpower which caps at 99. This one took awhile as Moxas cant be farmed in the Gift shop but they can be copied nonetheless and i really never i my runs maxed out Willpower so i decided to do just that in this run as with that i literally maxed out the ingame clock XD! Thank God for unlimited speed on Emulators as otherwise it would take days to grind everything out but Ii literally did all of that in just over an hours ;) That aside its time to continue the story on the Plant and the Secret Lab, get the Force Gene which is by far one of the most Powerful and AP cost effective Dragon Transformations in the game to the point that its almost gamebreaking actually. Then in said lab fight 2 bosses which are the HugeSlug and Shroom which was actually Pallet trying to be a super discount Sephiroth (watch the scene unfold and you will notice the reference) and then we leave the Lab behind. After that its time to go back to the Wyndia Castle to renew the Password, get scolded by Nina’s bitch Mother and unlocking the fast travel of the game which will open up more as the game goes on. After that i do some talking around with NPCs as then continue the story just abit to unlock more stuff namely more Master with Hachio which is the Wyndia Castle cook. By unlocking the Eastern Lands you will be able to find the 2 girls from the Hide & Seek minigame with Lee being just past the Checkpoint gate and Wynn hiding in Junk Town and by finding everyone they each become a Master that instead of teaching Skills, they teach you new battle formations and Lang gives you an item which is the Cupid’s Lyre that i already have but i still go under him for completion purposes nonetheless. The only problem with then is that even in the Hard Mode Mod, they still require the 3 levels for then to give you the skills/item as they were hardcoded that way and even the mod cant change that so some Lavaman Leveling will done afterwards. Then its time to finally pass through the Tidal Caves and fight Gaist which gives Garland his Ultimate weapon Beast Spear (easily missable) then i do some more talking around and some more fishing before ending the episode. Like always there will be some unpacking of what happened in this episode in more detail down in the comments as theres a few things for me to note especially after that massive stat boosting that i did as well as talk about the New Formations that i got.
