1-2 loaves of bread weekly for 11 years and still mess up sometimes. 99.9% of all the home made bread loafs I make come out perfect, but there is this person, murphy, who likes to stick his nose into my business and mess everything up that accounts for that other .1% even when I am making the bread recipe using the exact same ingredients from the exact same bags and lot numbers and using the exact same settings on the breadmaker ..... these two loaves were made less than 6 hours apart because the first one, murphy made, and the second one, I made
