This is a short segment from one of my Peak runs. Somehow, when I tossed my Sabre Turret, it must have deflected off of Scorch's head and landed on that little raised area of the map. I went to retrieve it, but when I did, the enemies strangely lost all desire to fight me. Not only that, one of the Scorches disappeared entirely!
Originally, my assumption was that he flew off the cliff due to a failed jump attack, but I still saw him on the ground when I jumped back off the ledge. Did he go off the cliff? Was he in an area of the map where the game does not expect an enemy to be? I'm not certain, but one thing's for sure: it was a pretty awesome way to get rid of a pest!

I had wanted to do a fresh story run on OP8 for a while now, so I thought Id do one with a restriction-no red text gear. A white-only or green-only run probably wouldve been a lot harder, but I chose to do it this way because I wanted to make it a little challenging and fun.
I wont be in a big hurry to complete the story, so Ill engage most of the enemies that are in my path. Ill also be switching gear fairly often in order to show how everything fares at OP8 difficulty. Hopefully, this will keep things somewhat fresh and interesting.
In this final installment of the main story run, I fight my way through Hero’s Pass and ultimately save Pandora from Jacks not-so-awesome tyranny.
It was pretty fun playing through the main story with no red text gear. Thank you for all the great feedback you gave me, too! Next up: the remaining slaughter arenas (Bandit and Hyperion). I hope all you guys and gals had a great holiday season!
