Three ArduPilot boats running parallel missions syncronised using the NAV_DELAY command (available in ArduPilot Rover-3.6 firmware)
The two green boats are "Boogie Board Boats" and build instructions can be found here: ardupilot.org/rover/docs/reference-frames-boogieboard-boat.html. The white boat was provided by a Japanese Company called AtTrak (but it also runs ArduPilot). The flight controller used is a Hex CubeBlack.
