We planned on going on a boat tour through the Blue Grotto of Malta, which takes you through the many caves that surround this area but unfortunately it was such a windy day, the boats did not go out to sea. But we stumbled across Malta's oldest structures, the Haqar Qim temples and then took a walking tour of Mdina, the ancient city that was formerly the capital of the country.
