One our favorite pastimes is people-watching especially in other countries when we travel. While travelling in Europe we've noticed that there's a noticeable difference between North Americans' lifestyle and Europeans and as a result they seem to be much slimmer than us! I try to keep these points in mind for when I'm back home and trying to lose a few pounds!
