"If we can’t see a problem, we can’t fix it." – Kimberlé Crenshaw

When we talk about Black Women’s struggles, we can’t ignore the systems that make our experiences unique. That’s where Kimberlé Crenshaw steps in. As an Attorney, Law Professor, Scholar, Civil Rights Advocate, and the Creator of "Intersectionality," she gave us the language to describe what we’ve always known—that race, gender, and class don’t exist in silos, and the oppression we face is layered.

In this Black History Month Spotlight, we honor Kimberlé Crenshaw’s groundbreaking work and reflect on how intersectionality remains critical today—from the workplace to healthcare, from political movements to our daily lives. Her insights remind us that if our activism isn’t inclusive, it isn’t justice.

✨ Why Kimberlé Crenshaw’s Work Matters More Than Ever:
✅ She gave us the framework to name and challenge multiple forms of oppression
✅ She reminds us that Black Women’s voices must be centered, not sidelined
✅ Her work calls on us to advocate for policies that reflect our full identities
✅ She proves that when we uplift the most marginalized, we all rise

📢 How has intersectionality shaped your understanding of justice? Let’s discuss in the comments!
