La Canne Vigny was taught in the Bartitsu club in London in the Edwardian era. This particular style of walking stick figthing is what you might have in mind when you think about the Gentleman defending himself on the street with his cane.
In this play from the Pearsons Magazin we learn how to handle a cane with both hands if it is to heavy to use it quickly with one hand.
One of the sticks I am reffering to is the City Stick by cold steel @csknives which is relatively heavy for a fast stickplay but land devastating blows.
