The botta dritta in tempo of a cavazione is the queen of thrusts. It's almost impossible to parry but it's also very hard to execute fast enough. This technique was used by the old masters for rapier (Fabris, Capo Ferro etc.) as well, but because of the length and the weight of the weapon the cavazione was not that fast and the thrust was easier to achieve.
