In this AU Bagheera and Vixey live in one forest and one day they accidentally meet. Both like each other at the first sign, but Bagheera doesn't want to get closer, he tries to leave when Vixey starts the conversation.
They talk and like each other more and more, but Bagheera is haunted by his past. He once knew a dog Jenna and they were together, but Jenna met Balto, fell in love with him and left Bagheera.
Bagheera thought he would never love again and he doesn't want to start all over with Vixey, but she seems to be so kind and understanding and he feels better when she's around. She always knows what to say to make Bagheera see the present moment and be happy in it.
And Bagheera slowly starts to trust this new love.
