In this AU Kiara and Kovu secretly meet in their teen years and Kiara shares her secret with her best friends, Tiifu and Zuri. They never reveal her secret.
But Zuri doesn't understand at first why Kiara risks so much and trusts "those outlanders, they can bring danger to us!"
Tiifu says: "oh, it's easy, they just share a unique bond and feel special about each other, you know, maybe as we do. They could get married, maybe we could too?"
Zuri at first listens to Tiifu with a usual sceptical face but then smiles and replies: "we certainly will".
Tiifu is shocked Zuri answered that, deep down Tiifu was afraid Zuri may not feel the same. And they happily walk through spring blossoming savannah
