The Greil Mercenaries Jagen unit is up! Titania, even as a Jagen, is still very good in both of the games she appears in because of her solid growths (Less so in RD because of the terrible caps for Paladin archetypes). But with the caps unlocked and 80 levels to grow in, Titania is a solid unit! She has great Str and Skl so it is very easy for her to get some significant damage on most units in the series. And if she just needs that little extra damage to finish off a unit, she has access to Counter which lets her deal some extra damage during an enemy's attack. It definitely came into play during this video! And because she has such high HP and just average Defenses for a Paladin archetype, the damage dealt back to the enemies are higher than you'd think.

The unit with the higher base speed will initiate first. (If unit has Shade or Stillness they will always choose who goes first). If both units have the same speed, the unit whose video it is will go first.
For weapons, the unit who is faster chooses the weapon they want the unit they are attacking gets to choose a weapon to counter them with. The unit who attacks first, goes through all the possible weapon combinations and picks whatever situation would give them the best chance at victory. After the initial turn, the only time a unit can change their weapon is on their turn.
