Lyre didn't have any changes since the rebalance last year as well as the other RD units that are getting Redux videos near the end of the year. These videos are mostly just to fill up the queue and to see what records they would get in the updated balance as we get closer to the end of the series.

The unit with the higher base speed will initiate first. (If unit has Shade or Stillness they will always choose who goes first). If both units have the same speed, the unit whose video it is will go first.
For weapons, the unit who is faster chooses the weapon they want the unit they are attacking gets to choose a weapon to counter them with. The unit who attacks first, goes through all the possible weapon combinations and picks whatever situation would give them the best chance at victory. After the initial turn, the only time a unit can change their weapon is on their turn.
