Ulki is a unit from ASU that was pretty bad, but he had some things going for him. One, he could initiate pretty well because of his decent Spd, and two, he could one-shot opponents thanks to his 3x Str mastery. However, in this series now, he ends up losing both of those qualities, which just puts him at the bottom of the barrel in terms of units. And while he does have Vigilance to help out with avoiding attacks, his avoid doesn't end up that crazy high because of his low Lck. At the very least, he doesn't have to worry about crits as much as other units since Vigilance also gives the unit +20 Ddg. But when you put it altogether, you get a unit that is 1 range locked with no counter skills like Maelstrom or Shriek to help him out, along with a mastery that hardly ever one-shots opponents. And with all of this, he is also weak to two different weapon types in Bows and Wind. Not a formula for success for this series by any means.
