Mist, the former Miracle Queen (Sorry that belongs to Micaiah now), gets her Redux video next! Originally Mist didn't really have the best offense with both her Str and Mag being kind of low. With her new buffs, she gets an extra four points towards her Str/Mag and also another 4 to her Lck (Lck being something all the Miracle users got as well). This gives her that little extra chance to proc Miracle which she really needs to even have a chance in this series. Her speed being below 50 is also unfortunate, since she can't initiate against the units that are in the 50 speed bracket. However, this doesn't hurt her too much since Miracle is definitely more of a defensive skill. If she initiates first, yeah she can maybe one-shot some of her opponents before they can retort, but a lot of the time, her low offensive numbers hinder her to the point where she must proc Sol twice in order to get any decent damage in. Because of this, it's actually less useful for her to go first since if she doesn't kill on the first go around if she initiates first, many units would get their counter attack and then potentially swap over to some Brave Weapons to try and break through the rest of her Miracle procs. If she doesn't initiate first, like she is now, it lessens the amount of hits she has to take in order to fight effectively.

The unit with the higher base speed will initiate first. (If unit has Shade or Stillness they will always choose who goes first). If both units have the same speed, the unit whose video it is will go first.
For weapons, the unit who is faster chooses the weapon they want the unit they are attacking gets to choose a weapon to counter them with. The unit who attacks first, goes through all the possible weapon combinations and picks whatever situation would give them the best chance at victory. After the initial turn, the only time a unit can change their weapon is on their turn.
