Vika is one of the more interesting units in the series because she does most of her damage outside of combat. When you look at her stats, you can see some common correlations between them and what a Raven would normally have in Tellius: good Skl/Spd and low Str/Def. The thing that is different about her is that she has ridiculously high Mag and Res. So, normally she would be one of the weaker units since the Str x3 mastery skills were nerfed to x2 in this series. However, because of the great Mag stat that she has, she can use the magic cards very well like she did in the last series. The main difference between then and now is that there is now a Crit card, being the Reaper Card, that everyone can use. So, pairing that with her 43% innate crit chance and +10 Crit from Raven skills in this series, she can just end fights immediately without the risk of counter attacks. This also removes the effects of skills that would hinder this strategy, like Pavise and Miracle for % chances at living or Vigilance for the extra Avo/Ddg. Obviously there are some issues with this, as some units have Fortune and/or very high Lck/Res making it difficult for her to do enough damage with the Cards, and would have to instead rely on her subpar damage from her Beak. And there's also the fact that she only gets one chance to attack each turn with the Cards, but since her chance to OHKO is relatively higher than other units who rely on their masteries to one-shot, the chances kind of even out at that point. She is also stuck at 1 range for everything, and while she does have a great skill, Shriek, to dissuade attacks from afar against her, most of the units will opt to attack up close either way because their hit rates are so low that it would be better to try to get their mastery proc against her before she can use the cards against them. And speaking of that, her Lck is a little above average as well, so many units won't even have the chance to attack before she crit kills them.
