After recording attorney Arthur Lin breaking public access laws as he is paid as a private judge to do the work of a public court judge, we headed down to the law office of Travis Whitfield to ask about the private judge he used in his divorce case, also not following public access laws.

We continue to audit attorneys being privately paid to act as public court judges and attorneys paid with taxpayer dollars to act as minors counsel - representing children in their parents' divorce or child custody dispute. We also continue to ask why taxpayers need to pay attorneys to represent children in a family law case when there is no right to appointment of counsel in a divorce.
