Down at the Hall of Justice where MSM was running their nightly update on the decision in the Los Gatos Party Mom case ( Shannon O'Connor ). Also some updates on our Omar Torres investigation- the disgraced former Sam Jose City Councilmember who is now serving an 18 year sentence in state prison as a convicted child molester. We are also beginning our work on the Sierra La Mar case that was recently overturned by the court of appeal. Mr. Garcia Torres may face a retrial, but the district attorney is not allowed to use any of the same legal stragegy or narrative used in the first trial that resulted in a murder-kidnapping conviction depsite the young girl's body never being found.
