This video was taken following a code enforcement hearing in Los Gatos where the contract attorney involved in the case, didn't want to answer questions about how many towns and cities pay him for the work we just witnessed him doing. We are pressing on if the attorney withheld information and evidence from the code enforcement hearing officer in violation of Business and Professions Code 6068 and if the whole process violated a resident's due process.
This is part of our ongoing investigation of attorneys who act as private judges, nonprofit WomenSV and local government and how bad actors influence our courts.
