Resuming my Dragon Age: Origins Let's Play from late 2023! After taking a break since 2025 because my characters were stuck at Level 5 and the enemies were simply too brutal to defeat, I decided it was finally time to break out the Cheat Happens Trainer made for my user account, Mr_Nygren.
The plan? Level up past Level 5 and smash through the Tower of Ishal ambush. The reality? The trainer is completely broken. While the "+" and "-" keys boosted me all the way to Level 99, it gave me absolutely ZERO attribute, skill, or talent points. At Level 99, my stats were exactly the same as they were at Level 5! To make matters worse, hotkeys 1-8 did absolutely nothing.
Watch me fail miserably a few times trying to play this tactical RPG like World of Warcraft action-combat. In my final attempt, I actually paused the game, micro-managed the party, and played tactically. We almost had them—only 2 Darkspawn left—but we still wiped.
I've officially deleted the trainer. 43 minutes of gameplay and absolutely zero progress made... welcome back to Ferelden!

This is a prelude to the Elves of Cormanthyr Lets Play in which I will start a campaign in the Faerun [Forgotten Realms]: Total War mod or modification for the PC-game Medieval II: Total War: Kingdoms, using the beta version 08 release of January 1st, 2026.
In this video I will speak the entire video and go through the playable factions, the history of the mod in a short fashion, tell you about the mods three campaigns and the differences and at the end of the video launch the campaign.
This video was originally a part of the first episode of the Elves of Cormanthyr Lets Play but I cut it out as it didnt really fit with the rest of the video.
