A North Carolina man, Jayson Reed, 33, was arrested after allegedly urinating on a concertgoer and his family during Morgan Wallen’s July 18 concert at M&T Bank Stadium in Baltimore. Troy Grevelding said the incident happened after Reed became disruptive and repeatedly bumped into him, his wife and their family members, including an 8-year-old girl. Grevelding reported the incident to Maryland Transportation Authority Police that night, but officers did not arrest Reed because they did not witness the alleged act. Following a subsequent investigation and interviews with additional witnesses, detectives obtained an arrest warrant charging Reed with four counts of second-degree assault, public urination and related offenses. Reed is being held in North Carolina while awaiting extradition to Maryland.
