An interview with David Elliott - Marine Superintendent for Arklow Shipping, an Irish company with 19 ships of varying sizes plying European and international waters since the late 1960's. These 'glowing green' hulled ships are a familiar site on the East Coast of Ireland and N Ireland, often spotted in Belfast, Dublin and Drogheda ports.
