I used Patrick's superhandling Bike to improve the NRG-500:

The parked Packer remains there for 3 minutes, which is more than enough. I should have parked the Packer a bit behind, my speed was more than enough to go over the wall and I wouldn't have hit the tree.
The weapons I had were only 4: Fist, Sawn Off Shotgun, Camera, and Satchel Detonator. This way I could skip the conversation only switching to right, or only switching to left, and not alternating, which is harder in my opinion.
I also closed the weapons menu to gain movement during the short cutscene in this mission.
Other than that, there were many mistakes, and I am sure the time could be a lot better using these same strats.
