After completing Drive-By without getting Ryder`s icon, I completed Home Invasion, to then dupe Catalyst:

The only thing you miss out by skipping Robbing Uncle Sam is that GSF weapons will not be upgraded, but this doesn't matter when all 100 gang tags are sprayed.
All this was done just to get +2 mission respect (which is a low amount), that is a type of respect that can never be decreased even if you kill GSF members or let a recruited GSF die (it does affect your overall respect though). The cost of doing this was 82 mission attempts and 41 objects (door of the building during Burning Desire), but it probably could be a bit lower if I used the map target correctly to reach 178 blips.
