If the Goblin already took me over 50 minutes of recording, this one will be way too much for me to record and upload with the connection I have.

7- Go to Quarry and Start Quarry. After starting Quarry, when you move around the RC Goblin can still be destroyed, since the interior of New Model Army still "exists". If its destroyed, the RC Bandit may still be obtained, but it is a bit more likely for it to despawn when skipping Quarry.
8 - Go to the undrowning spot to walk underwater and proceed to the spot where the Bandit falls, close to Garver Bridge.
9 - When you reach the spot, press the MMB (middle mouse button) to skip the Quarry mission. It is better if your Goblin has not been destroyed yet like mine has, as it increases the chances of the Bandit not vanishing. If so, press LSIFHT so the Goblin descends to the same level as the other vehicles. Doing this will make their blips show up again on the minimap. Leave the Goblin close to the blue blip on the minimap and only press MMB after that. This will make the Bandit fall from the sky if it doesnt despawn.
10 -Shot the Bandit with sawn-off shotgun until you can reach a beach to exit underwater, then keep shooting until you reach a garage.
