Airstrip will generate money 3 times faster, and up to 30000 instead of 10000, you will get +3 missions passed instead of 1, the triple amount of % and 3 jetpacks.
Valet is very special, because it can coexist with any other mission, meaning that you can fail valet during missions to get OM0. The main issue is having valet active during said mission, as you are given only 2 minutes when you start the mission before failing it, and if you go too far from the Vank Hoff Hotel you will also fail. The first can be avoided by starting Valet while having a mission that also depends on time (like Vigilante, Trucking, Quarry, NRG-500 Challenge, Courier), and the second can be avoided by navigating while in the "interior world".
The airport teleport has 2 uses in this setup, allow me to move with the clothes menu from Victim, and allow me to move around the map while in the "interior world". The clothes menu are important for removing the Valet uniform which causes the Valet mission to fail and grant me OM0. I will be also holding a call while having OM0 by using the Valet + SF GF (either Katie or Michelle) setup. After starting Valet with OM0 I will hold the call and then fail the setup mission which I used to get infinite timer for Valet (in my case it was Vigilante) to have Valet + OM0 + call being held.
Also, since you depend on both the GF call and the airport flight, its important to have the GF scheduled to a convenient time. The SF to LV flights departs at 14:40 and reaches its destination at 18:02, while the SF to LS departs at 11:20 and reaches its destination at 13:56, so having the call scheduled to one of these intervals is helpful. If the call is scheduled to another time, I think that was could help is saving the game while at Doherty garage to skip 6 in-game hours.
I used a trail of camera pickups to help finding my way from SF airport to the Airstrip. I created it by killing the tourist from Architectural Espionage at the specific places I wanted, and then cancelled the mission with Pimping sub-mission. Upon reaching the destination, it is important to be careful when starting Green Goo. The first instance you start as normal, then you will need to release TAB to stop holding the call and get OM0 again to start Green Goo a second time, but as soon as you do that you must select a torso or legs piece of clothing to remove the Valet uniform, because if you dont be quick, selecting a piece of clothing later will skip the opening cutscene. You will notice by the red sphere appearing during the cutscene, indicating the OM0 has been achieved, but even so the third instance has not been started. You can solve that by closing the clothes menu.
Now I need to get rid of the jetpack, to enter any building and recover normal vision. I use the target on the map to help fiding my way to Doherty (the target has to be place around Paradiso). After doing that, you need to place satchels along the train tracks, and detonate when the train arrives. Doing this seems to allow CJ to step on the train without getting a weird loading screen that eventually crashes the game. Kill any guards that can pose a threat, and then use one of the boxes to climb the train (dont use the wooden ones because they are glitchy). After grabbing the Green Goo, you can use one of the vending machines to gain the ability to exit and enter vehicles and then go back to the Airstrip to complete all 3 instances of Green Goo.
