Jenna and Scar somehow live close to each other in this AU. Scar is not a villain, he is a soft-hearted romantic lion, he shows Jenna northern lights and proposes to her.
Kion is a stray lion with no home and sad past who comes to the Pridelands. He is welcomed by Mufasa who helps Kovu to get out of his sorrowful mood and begin again, to fall in love and feel good.
Aleu is searching for her place in the world. Once she stops by a forest river and notices a young beautiful fox.
Aleu is curious, but she doesn't think the fox needs her around, until the fox says otherwise.
She says her name is Vixey and she needs a partner for a flower festival this year, maybe Aleu could join her?
Aleu is surprised and shocked that Vixey wants her around, Aleu is used to feeling like an outcast everywhere and now suddenly she is not pushed away.
Soon Aleu and Vixey fall in love so fast and deep that they decide to skip the festival and have the whole day to themselves, exploring the shores together.
