Last year's Resident Evil 2 remake was considered by many to be a rebirth of survival horror, in no small part due to Mr X—the unstoppable beast stalking you through the halls of the police station. Resident Evil 3's recently released remake had Nemesis—like Mr X on steroids—and yet, this sequel has received a decidedly mixed reception.
