I briefly had a way to beat this level really fast, but unfortunately it requires you to activate at least one trigger before the transition is opened. Still, the Morph Pounce lets you skip a little bit of it if done fast enough.

On level 19, reach the final section of the stage where the bridge is blown out by a Gunner and climb up onto the stealth track. With careful timing, you can Morph Pounce off of the track toward the exit and leap over the door, letting you drop behind it. This leads to a small area not designed for players to see, but you don't end the stage like with other levels by accessing this. The trigger is directly tied with the Sync Node that you must activate a switch to reach.
Because this is a strict construction that goes against the layout of other stages, it's important to note how it's not as breakable as some. You can still save some time by jumping over the door -- it at least shaves off the time of killing the enemies, waiting for Stome, shooting the door with Stome, and going inside, but unfortunately it doesn't save nearly the amount of time I wished it would.
You can also throw yourself out-of-bounds with this pretty easily, and I demonstrate it a bit in the video. Almost any direction will launch you outside of the map, and as usual, it always drops you to your death.
