So this is another oversight more than a glitch where essentially you're blocked off from making progress because you can jump backward in the level.
In Great Expectorations, you go inside one of the buildings which seals off a window behind you to make you fight a bunch of bugs. After the fight and a cutscene, it opens a new window and keeps the other one closed. Unfortunately, you can easily jump back down to the area before the closed window, which results in being barred from progressing without killing yourself.
Kinda worthless, but it means there might be some other oversights involving how far Chrys can jump.
