HeaRT, MiND, and SoUL, The Iambic Pentameter group, are three iterators that operate within the same chamber and possess competing personalities.
💜···(HeaRT) is often caught up in emotional claustrophobia, and thought of as annoying for his passionate emotions. then believed to be weak. so he oversteps his limits to prove himself.
👑···[MiND] doesn’t know what to make of his feelings, especially in such a hostile environment, so he cages them inside his ribs where his heart should be. and slowly, he becomes something else entirely.
🔱···{SoUL} is designated the mediator for the opposing halves, and loses himself in the process. he watches as things escalate, picking sides to save his sense of self, and eventually pulled taunt enough to threaten all of their lives.
and then everything breaks.
artemis claws at the sun.
and apollo beams back.
and the world, two sides of the same coin, falls from atlas’ shoulders.
HeART, flying high with his wings of wax, an escape to the moon, falls into the grave he dug for MiND.
MiND, collapsing in an emotional midst, under the weight of his ribs, raises his right hand and is condemned.
and SoUL falls forever into woe.
was this the end?
…
HeaRT will never see again.
MiND must relearn to speak.
and SoUL rediscovers himself.
