the thought of this song came to mind because gweenie (a discord friend) was having a cricket problem on vc 😔 and everything spiraled from that! now inspired, i recorded this audio clip after my first version in a voice message didn’t come through. so i made it a video instead, polished it over the course of 3? hours?? the next morning, and now it and a new oc exists. wahoo!!
i’m having trouble changing the cover of the short to something with less bug imagery. sorry!!

howdy! :D💛!
uh, wow, it’s been a bit. but BOO _hands you this politley._ i‘ve had a bigger thinger cooking steadily for a few months, and am posting this as a bit of a filler! it’s a little old, most likely from back when downpour had just come out, but i remade the last scene and am deciding to share :]. i really like it, it’s a sentiment to my growth as both an artist an animator! i can learn from it too—that chomping scene was real good 🤌🥚💥
but yeah! no real lore here. when downpour came out, i immediately went to exaggerating the slugcats’ proportions for fun and all. it’s like re-re-character design. this lanky enot guy originated as a math worksheet doodle of all things, and that gave me an idea. and thus, the output is here! it’s been ‘here’ for a while bit i’ve only go to posting it now. and the last scene is so much more handsome now lmao XD
but yeah! summer’s almost over and i’ve been real busy, but i’ve had a lot of fun :]. i’ve been changing habits and making new friends (online and through classes and camps), and im doing a lot better! im slowly chipping away at some new content, so expect that soon-ish? no promises, but have a snack while you wait.
