Innu-aimun, also known as Montagnais, is an Algonquian language spoken by over 10,000 Innu people in Labrador and Quebec, Canada. It is part of the Cree–Montagnais–Naskapi dialect continuum and varies in dialect across different communities.

Plains Cree is a dialect of Cree, the most widely spoken indigenous language in Canada, and one of five main Cree dialects, including Woods Cree, Swampy Cree, Moose Cree, and Atikamekw.
